A spell or ritual is a structured series of actions designed to manifest a specific intention. Its main purpose is to focus and harness personal energy, aligning it with the universe's energies in a tangible way.

To enhance our intentions, we use traditional methods such as colour, which evokes particular emotions; herbs, which have specific properties; and representational actions known as sympathetic magic that symbolize the desired outcome. Sound, through chanting or drumming, helps raise vibrations, while written symbols like sigils serve to encapsulate our intentions visually. Crystals act as powerful amplifiers. Together, these elements deepen our intentions and ensure they resonate with the broader energies at play.
