Affirmation cards are small cards with positive statements written on them that are used to help people reprogram negative thought patterns and beliefs. They can be used for a variety of reasons, including: reducing stress, boosting self-confidence, increasing performance, and becoming more resilient in the face of difficulties. The goal of the affirmation card is to reinforce positive thoughts and beliefs to lead to positive change.

Tips for using affirmation cards:
Place the card somewhere you can see it multiple times each day, such as on your bedside table, desk or mirror.
Look at it regularly, set a reminder if it helps. 
Each time you look at it, read the message out loud.
